Bring your favorite card or board game, a lunch (or snack), and enjoy connecting with others in the MG community. Whether it’s a classic like Uno, Scrabble, or something new, we’d love for you to share what you enjoy playing!
💜 Why this matters for the MG community:
Activities like board and card games provide a low-impact, flexible way to socialize and stay mentally engaged—which is especially important for individuals living with Myasthenia Gravis. These games can be easily adapted to energy levels, allowing participants to take breaks as needed while still feeling included.
For caregivers, this is also a great opportunity to relax, connect with others who understand the journey, and enjoy meaningful downtime. Building community support can reduce stress, improve emotional well-being, and strengthen connections for both patients and caregivers.
Come for the games, stay for the connection—we can’t wait to see you there! 💬✨
